Seeing all the _id / _uid values in Kibana Visualization Tables

I am trying to list the _id (OR _uid) fields so user can filter etc. in Kibana. How do I display these values along with the other fields ?

In discover you can choose a field from the left column (hover over it and click "add") then you can save the search and add it to a dashboard.
