Sequence diagram for ES request/response handling

I've made a start on capturing the ES call sequencing having debugged
through one of the plugins and the diagram is here:

It's somewhat simplified and probably got some things wrong but I always
find these sorts of things invaluable when getting to grips with a
framework.
Feel free to edit and update (it uses the wonderful websequencediagrams.com
