Server specification

hi all,
I have 10G log per day, could you please advise me about the specification of servers? (suppose there are 3 nodes to have high availability and each node is in a separate server (VM), also just there is an index per day)
1- CPU of each server
2- RAM of each server
3-HDD of each server?
4-number of primary shards
5-number of replica shards
