Show location name instead of coordinates in Coordinate Map

Hi,

I have a CSV file of raw sensor data with State, City, Lat, Long and other fields. I am creating a Coordinate map in Kibana. The marked location in the map currently shows the latitude and longitude information.

How can I get the city name instead of latitude, longitude shown in the map?
Why am I not seeing yellow circles for the locations where there is only 1 record?
