Snapshot-restore red indices

Hey, is it okay to take a snapshot during restore process ? What I found was, I took snapshot_4 earlier. While taking snapshot_5, I restored my snapshot_4 to another cluster . Some of the indices get restored as expected. But some went in red state. What possibly could be the cause for this?

Note: I am using the same repository all over this scenario and elasticsearch v 6.4.0

Yes, it's ok to take a snapshot in one cluster while restoring in another cluster.

The allocation explain API should help to answer this.
