Hello community I hope you are well. After unpacking the ELK stack I'd like to do some tests to track my local logs and metrics but I don't really know how to go about it. I'm using the latest version of the stack.

I would recommend looking at some of the quick starts for logging and metrics on our free training page if you're not sure where to start.
Do you know of any particular logs sources and metrics you want to start capturing? Let us know and we should be able to better direct you.
