Some logs missing in Kibana

I have an api application that uses Logstash to send logs to Kibana, all logs are successfully sent. However some logs are missing when viewing the index using Discovery - Kibana.

Can you help me to identify the issue and resolution? Note: using the same application to create a new Kibana index, I can see all logs sent to Kibana. Our Kibana is in the cloud.

Please help because I am new with elastic technologies, using KIbana 7.12

If you want us to help you with your logstash configuration then you are going to have to explain to us what your logstash configuration looks like.

If you have some logs that do not appear in a time window in Kibana and some that do then that could suggest a problem with identifying or parsing timestamps.
