Specific Graph

Hello everyone, I have a specific question.
In my Elastic Index, i've got record which contain many timestamp and one value input_y (for each record). I want to create graph group by record that mark point input_y for each timestamp in record ?

This is what I want with example on 2 records stacked in ES
