Running a very busy cluster, we want to be able to specify when ILM tasks are running.
Example: we run Spark job during 2 jours, and sometimes shrink'ing happen, which completely kill search scroll performance (less shards).

There's no way to currently do this at this point, it might be worth putting in a feature request though.
