when I access index pattern I see these strange fields and I can't do anything with them
What are they and how can I eliminate them?

It looks like incorrectly encoded data from something.
Can you find a sample document in Discover and track down the source from there?
The only way to get rid of this would be to delete the data, or reindex it and fix the problem at the same time.
