Support for CloudWatch Metric Streams

Elastic recently added the ability to receive CloudWatch logs via Kinesis Data Firehouse, which offers and excellent (and cheaper) way to forward log data into Elastic.

I'd love to see a similar capability like that for an integration that supports CloudWatch Metric Streams via Kinesis Data Firehouse (or Partner) for metric data, especially now that AWS supports OTEL v1
