System requirement for ELK Stack

Hi everyone i'm new in this whole elaticstack world, i just need to know something about hardware and software requirement for elk (elasticsearch, logstash, kibana, and beats) installation using on-premise environment. Cause when i tried to search it on official documentation i just find requirement about elk stack which deploy using cloud and not on-prem. There is other non-official source, but i am prefer official documentation first. If anyone maybe could show me the official documentation i will appreciate it.

The answer is always “it depends”, that’s the official answer.

I built on-premise probably 6 years ago and it would be sized differently now. I’m in a cloud environment now and I’m impressed by the ability of searchable snapshots to eliminate our warm and cold tiers. But we are all time series data.

Find someone that has done it recently.
