While some tags are available for filtering in visualisation of kibana. The custom tags are not available. Do I need to do some extra setting, to avail custom tags in kibana.
These tags are received from APM Server.

Can you be more specific? Is the field you're interested in listed when you go to the index pattern in Kibana ?
Here's an example. We see a list of fields, and you can also have "scripted fields";
