We are running ES servers in azure cloud. Every time we need to install and configure all the settings manually for each node. As we are also using Nginx proxy it involves more of repetitive tasks to setup each env. How to take image snapshot of one node and create new nodes from that node ?
Isn't that an Azure question more than an elasticsearch one?

May be that can help? I'm unsure if azure commands are still accurate though.
