I hope it is clear that adding pinnable filters in Discover is not the same as creating a filters aggregation in a visualization.
The Spy Panel in the visualization will show you the request sent to Elasticsearch where a "filters" aggregation makes multiple buckets where each one has a different filter applied. The Spy Panel in Discover will show you a request where any resulting document must pass through every filter.
