The value of a metric field capped at 1000 (using histogram instrumentation)

Elasticsearch version:
8.1.3

APM Server version:
8.1.3

APM Agent language and version:
Version: 8.1.2 .Net

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior. Please include screenshots (if relevant):

So I'm using a histogram instrument to capture the api call's duration in milliseconds, which could be i.e. 54000ms, but the value I can see in the metric explorer/dashboard are capped at 1000, so is this value something we can change / modify?

Remember there is a moment I can see the expected value when hovering on the visualization, but then not anymore, so not sure what I'm missing or should set up correctly?
