systemctl status kibana & systemctl status Elasticsearch & systemctl status logstash & systemctl status filebeat all active (running) .
my problem in browser localhost:9200 it works but localhost:5601 didn't work ( this site is inaccsessible)

elasticsearch.hosts: ["http://127.0.0.1:9200"]

9200 is the port on which your Elasticsearch cluster is running. 5601 is the port on which your Kibana instance is running. Can you double-check that you have actually started a Kibana instance?

yes Elasticsearch on 9200 and kibana on 5601 and here kibana status
I checked the port by nc -vz localhost 5601 it gives me nc: connect to localhost port 5601 (tcp) failed: Connection refused however nc -vz localhost 9200 Connection to localhost 9200 port [tcp/*] succeeded!

Are you behind a firewall by any chance? Can you try specifying a different port in kibana.yml, just to check that works?
Please don't post pictures of text, logs or code. They are difficult to read, impossible to search and replicate (if it's code), and some people may not be even able to see them 
Can you post your Kibana log please?
Sorry for the late reply I uninstalled elastic and kibana and it's the same problem
I already tried with another port @majagrubic and I disabled the firewall. same problem

Take a look at /var/log/kibana.log.
