  • What time plugin do you mean?
  • What exactly you mean when you say you want to use it in another project? Copy source code to another project or what?

2. because of permission, some people have only view permission, the page is embedded in other code through an iframe, but the iframe does not have the time plugin

I see, it's not currently possible. The progress can be tracked here.

There are a couple of workarounds discussed in the issues linked to the one above, like changing filter to include time or the time part of the iframe URL itself, but to have a proper solution we have to wait until #9575 is resolved.
