Not yet, I believe that is coming in v5 though.

In Kibana 4.6.1 release, installing the Timlion plugin adds a new Visualization type called Timeseries which is Timelion. So yes, it's there now in a 4.x release.
And Kibana 5.0 was just released and Timelion is built-in now!
