Transfer Kibana discoveries, reports , queries from Old Kibana Server to New Kibana Server

We have just finished building a new ELK environment. How to I transfer all the settings from my old Kibana server to my new Kibana server to include reports, discoveries, visualizations etc?

What version are you running on each cluster?

Old server is running elk 5.0.2 and the new server is running elk 7.8.1
