Trial license

After I changed back to basic license after starting trail license, I found that I can't start trail license again, though it hasn't reached the deadline of one month since I first started it.
The response is ""eligible_to_start_trial":false".
If I want to start trial license, what should I do?

I wrote a email to them but got no reply so far.
