Unable to access in kibana through logstash

Hi there, I got this problem that shows here's no file in s3 bucket. For this reason im not see my logs in Kibana. Can any one know how can i solve it pls?

.com logstash[26754]: [2019-11-25T19:26:23,784][INFO ][logstash.inputs.s3 ] S3 input: No files found in bucket {:prefix=>"Snowflake/DDL_History/2019/11/23/*"}

The documentation for prefix says you cannot use a wildcard. Do you really have buckets that start with an asterisk?

Hi @Badger even i used without wildcard, but got the same problem.
