Unable to install logstash-codec-sflow plugin in logstash 5.3.2 version

Hi,

Unable to install logstash-codec-sflow plugin in logstash 5.3.2 version ,Tried with logstash

version 7.9.2 it is installing , why it is not allowing to install with logstash version 5.3.2 and am getting the following error.
