Unable to load EMS boundaries for a specific region on map in Kibana 8.5

Hi Team,
We are trying to import saved objects from 8.3 to 8.5, then getting error on map visual as below.

EMS (Elastic Map Service) is a service that hosts tile layers and vector shapes of administrative boundaries.
