Unable to pull from docker registry due to authentication error

$ docker pull docker.elastic.co/elasticsearch/elasticsearch:latest
Error response from daemon: unauthorized: authentication required

Start happening around 8:30am PDT. Nothing reported on https://cloud-status.elastic.co/ and there doesn't appear to be a more specific forum category to post this.
