unable to set up my lab in the Learner Dashboard

I am unable to set up my lab in the Learner Dashboard. I have received the confirmation of enrollment and successfully logged in to the training portal; however, I do not see the class title under "My Enrollments" in the Learner Dashboard.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

We do no directly "run" the training here on this public forum.
