Unable to take some logs in a log file

Hello

I have something special in my Elastic stack : I setted up rsyslog, logstash, Elastic and Kibana to analyze a log file named server.log.
For a few weeks ago, some logs written in server.log file are not taking by Logstash so I cannot see them in Kibana. Some other logs in the same logs are appearing as expected in Kibana. It is not due to my grok pattern or other things in Logstash.
I do not what to do to solve this.
