Update ELK 7.14 at 7.16

Hello,

I wanted to know step by step in the order of the Elasticsearch machine to Kibana the implementation of a complete upgrade of an ELK , can you tell me the procedure to upgrade from our tool 7.14 to the current version (7.16)?
