Update from 7.8 to 7.12.1

Hello!

I updated from 7.8 to 7.12.1 and imported by dashboards to the system.
Everything seemed fine but some problems are showing:

1. the filters are not applying globally but only on some map layers, I had to create a new map from scratch to make them work.

2. when I click on a document point on a map the tooltip go off the screen

3. the filter icon is outside the tooltip popup

Any suggestion? Should i revert back to 7.8?

I have definitely never seen that before. Can you try in an private or incognito window to see if the issue persist? I wonder if it's an issue with the assets/styles being cached.
