Hi!
I have updated analyzer setting in index template from "standard" to "simple" to change processing of text fields in my indexes. I have rolling indexes, new index being created every week, and at least a couple of new indexes have been created since the index template update. When I get the the new indexes, the analyzer setting is set to "simple", which would indicate that the change has taken effect. Yet, when I search the new indexes the results suggest that the text fields are still being analyzed with standard analyzer. What am I missing? Any tips would be very much appreciated.
