Urgent : How to get the IOPS logs from Windows Server 2003

Hi Community,
I'm new to the community and I need an urgent support.
I have a windows server 2003 R2 based couple of DB servers.
My questions is how can I collect the IOPS log and monitor via Kibana interface.

Note:
Already I have a elasticsearch server.
Windows server 2012- DB servers IOPS are working fine and I'm using metricbeat. But Windows server 2003 metricbeat not working.

HELP please
