Use new kibana plugin in another instance

I want to create a new kibana plugin.
I am referring to this link External plugin development | Kibana Guide [8.8] | Elastic
but my question is how to package the plugin I created and use it in another kibana instance?
is there a way to do so or do you have any recommendations?
