Using certificates from Certificate Authority instead of Self-Signed Certificates

Hi there,

Currently we are using self-signed certificates generated by a basic Docker container using elasticsearch-certgen.

What would be the process to move to using certificates from a Certificate Authority (whether this be an organisation's security team or something like Let's Encrypt. Is the process the same?).
