Using only Kibana to preserve monthly data

Using ILM, I am trying to confingure an index to only preserve monthly data. This index has a batch with a bulkprocessor to insert data every day.

I intended to configure an ILM like this.

However, for some indexes that don't divide somehow...(like standard_category here)

gets error whenever I enable rollovers in hot phases...
How can I resolve this..?

Furthermore, how can I make undivided indexes to divide like rep- series up above..?

Is that index actually an alias you setup with ILM?
