Vega plugin error

Hello,

while installing Vega plugin on windows with ELK-Stack-6.1.1, i am getting following error can any one help??

@anji, something strange is going on with your Kibana installation. On my clean Windows 10 machine, I downloaded Kibana (zip file), and did the same steps as you, but I'm seeing different messages - note the download size is actually shown. Could you try to download a new copy of Kibana into your user dir (to ensure there is no permission issues), and try it again?
