Version of Kibana that will work with ES 2.3.1?

We're stuck running ES 2.3.1 due to more recent versions needing settings we can't deploy in our production cloud where we run ES.

So is there a version of Kibana that will work with ES 2.3.1? It seems the earliest version listed is 3.0. The docs say the releases must match.

Thanks for any info.

https://www.elastic.co/support/matrix#matrix_compatibility has it all, but 4.5.x is what you want.

Either, but I would suggest you use the newest which is 4.5.4.
