Visualisation in Kibana to Convert Microtime

Hi,

Im a little stuck on a visualisation I am trying to create. I am currently reporting on microtime response times on a website, but would like to convert this into milliseconds. Ill be honest I have no idea how to do this in Kibana

I hope someone can help please.

Hey @vtd,

It's not completely clear where exactly you'd like to display that value, how the mapping of this field look like etc. But it seems you're looking for the Date or Numeric Field Formatters, you can read more here https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/managing-fields.html.

Also there is a chance you just need to convert microseconds to milliseconds at the ingest time if you don't need, so yeah, completely depends on details of what you're trying to achieve.
