Visualisation with throughput per seconds on the x-axis

Hi
I'm trying to create a visual showing throughput of traffic per second and how long the traffic takes to be processed. As we ramp up the throughput ( x-axis) I want to see what effect it has on the duration of the calls (y-axis). I don't want a time on the x-axis

I'd like to recreate something like this ( from excel)

is this possible?

You can do something similar, but without the scatter plot in Kibana.
Count metric with 1 second interval on the histogram on the x-axis and avg of response time on the Y-axis.
As for the scatter plot, I do think it's an option in Canvas, so you can try with that as well, with a similar type of query.
