I have installed ELK on windows. Under Kibana Visualizations I do not see the type 'Lens', I see all other types Area, Bar etc..
ANy suggestions on How to enable Lens?

Exactly which version did you deploy?
Go to Stack management and see, I suspect you installed the OSS (open source) distribution instead of the default/ Basic distribution.
Lens is parts of Basic, Basic is Free Forever see here
