Visualize nothing happens when clicking on saved search

Hi

I am working on Kibana 4.4. When I try to create a new "Visualize" element I can choose the "Type" (eg. Metric) but then on Step 2 when I choose one of my "Saved Searches" nothing happens. It stays on the Step 2 page and no message is presented.

When I click on the "Dashboard" top menu, I get a whitescreen apart from the Kibana top menu bar.

The "Discovery" page works as expected.

For anyone else experiencing this issue, deleting the ".kibana" elasticsearch index resolved the problem. You do lose all your saved searches if you do this though...
