Watch with action webhook status struck in "Firing" state

I Created a watcher with webhook action in it. When the input section matches it should execute the action which is a webook(Sending logs to ScienceLogic). The action state is showing Firing but we didn't see any logs at ScienceLogic end.

Did anyone have come across this issue before?

Can you share the output of the execute watch API or from the watch history? This way we can check the execution of the watch and what might have gone wrong.
