Way I can set the default fields

when I reload the UI it always goes back to the default of _source

Is there a way I can set the default fields?

and aloso for a default dashboard

You can set the default dashboard as follows in kibana.yml:

default_app_id: "dashboard/Your-Dashboard/Name"

I'm not sure what you mean by "default fields", could you elaborate?

I think I have similar issue, currently Kibana 4.1 defaults to show the _all field, but that can change to be the "message" field, or at least that was possible before.
