What is the End Of Life (EOL) plan for Kibana 3?

The following is our current EOL plan for Kibana 3:

  • 3.0.x will EOL on Sept 18, 2015. The latter of:

  • 18 months from GA of 3.0.0 (March 18, 2014)

  • 30 days from GA of 3.1.0 (May 15, 2014)

  • 3.1.x will EOL on Nov 15, 2015. The latter of:

  • 18 months from GA of 3.1.0 (May 15, 2014)

  • 30 days after GA of K4 (Feb 16, 2015)
