What permission is needed to refresh field lists?

Hi Nick,

I think the user would need the built-in kibana_user role, plus a role that gives them read and view_index_metadata on the index that they're refreshing the fields on (same as if they are creating a new index pattern).
Are you trying to determine if they can do it with less than those? It might be possible if they only have view_index_metadata and not read on the data perhaps?
