Why do custom deployment templates lack an Integrations Server entry?

Hi,

We run ECE version 3.3.0. In the UI, when I open the form to create a deployment template (menu Platform/Templates), I don't have an Integrations Server entry in the form, just the previously used APM instance (labelled as "soon to be deprecated"). In contrast, the Default template does have this entry.

So, on creating a deployment based on my own deployment template, I cannot add an Integrations Server to it, at least via the UI.

What are my options to create a deployment template including Integrations Server?

FYI: we need a custom deployment template, as we intend to add allocators with encryption at rest (EAR) enabled and we want to control for a newly created deployment where it lands: on allocators with or without EAR.
