Can elasticsearch , Kibana and logstash take or pull data logging of proxy . ? if you can like where way configuration. ? please explain . ?

It seems MikroTik's stuff can ship log messages over the syslog protocol, which Logstash supports. There are numerous examples in the documentation and elsewhere online that shows examples of this.
