Will Elasticsearch 7.10 allow me to remain under Apache 2.0 license?

My Firm has built client products using < Elasticsearch 5.0 version.
We are planning for an upgrade.

If I upgrade Elasticsearch to 7.10 version, will I remain under Apache 2.0 license?

Take a look at the FAQ for the licensing change: FAQ on 2021 License Change | Elastic

For 7.10, the source code for features under Basic and Gold+ are licensed under the Elastic License. So, only a subset of the source code for 7.10 is Apache 2.0.

Looking at the LICENSE file for Elasticsearch for the 7.10 branch might also be helpful to you.
