X-Pack licenses for hobbyists/startups?

Is there an X-Pack license for hobbyists or startups?

I have a project I've been working on since 2013, no paying customers, seems like that might change in 2018, but I abandoned Splunk because there was just no way that $5k annual fee was ever going to get paid. Seems like X-Pack has a license cost, but I can find no information on what it might be.
