X-Pack logstash management - credentials should not be mandatory

Hi,

As it is possible to use X-Pack logstash management features with all security features being disabled, the following settings should not be mandatory as they are not always required.

  • xpack.management.elasticsearch.username:
  • xpack.management.elasticsearch.password:

I was of course using elasticsearch / logstash / kibana / X-Pack 6.0
