xpackReporting:customPdfLogo missing

Since updating to Kibana 7.9.1 we are missing the xpackReporting:customPdfLogo in "Advanced Settings". According to the documentation it should still be there. The reports still contain our configured logos but I cannot change them. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

This is definitely a regression and a bug has been opened to fix this: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/76784.
